1. After placing an order, the warehouse checks whether all items are available;

2. The order is sent for assembly;

3. The manager sends you an invoice in Viber or SMS to the phone number specified by you in the order;

4. After paying for the order, we assign your parcel an electronic sending number - under these number the parcel will be sent to you within 1-3 days.

5. We process your orders from 10:00 to 17:00 from Mon to Fri.

We work with the help of transport companies Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

The cost of delivery is calculated by the manager manually (on request) and paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order (depending on the selected TC).


The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
